Job Summary

Gulliver Prep is seeking passionate and dedicated educators for a variety of positions within the Primary School. These roles include grades Pre-Kindergarten, Junior Kindergarten and Senior Kindergarten. The ideal candidate has an excellent understanding and genuine love for children at this age level. Candidates should know the developmental learning progressions for students in these grades and have experience with various curriculum and standards for academic and social-emotional programs. Successful members of our teaching community have a growth mindset about their work with students and their professional learning, they collaborate with peers on their grade teams and across the division, and possess a commitment to equity and inclusion.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in education or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • At least two years of teaching experience at the elementary school level.

Desired Qualifications

  • Effective classroom management skills.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
